Event Organizer Terms of Service

By accessing or using VettDeck (the "Platform"), operated by VettDeck and Founder Enovia Bedford ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or event, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

48-Hour Temporary Access: Temporary or trial passes expire after 48 hours. Continued access to custom ask calculations, report exports, and saved directory data requires an active paid subscription or Calculator Pass.

Multi-Seat Workspaces: Accounts purchasing multi-seat access may invite authorized team members or external advisors (e.g., Growth Partners). You are responsible for all actions taken under your account credentials.

Data Accuracy: You represent that all event metrics (attendance, impressions, demographics, historical revenue) entered into the Platform are accurate and truthful.

Not Financial or Legal Advice: The Sponsorship Valuation Calculator and Sponsorship Readiness Assessment provide algorithmic estimates based on market benchmarks. They do not guarantee that a brand sponsor will agree to or purchase inventory at the calculated price.

Independent Negotiation: VettDeck is a SaaS technology and valuation tool, not a broker or talent agency. All sponsorship agreements negotiated between you and brand sponsors are strictly between the involved parties.

Authentic Reviews: By submitting a brand review on the Platform, you certify that you or your organization have directly partnered with or pitched the subject brand within the past 3 years.

No Defamation or False Claims: Reviews must reflect true, unvarnished business experiences (e.g., payment speed, communication, contract fulfillment). VettDeck reserves the right to remove reviews containing personal attacks, confidential financial leaks, or verified false claims.

License to Use Reviews: You grant VettDeck a perpetual, royalty-free license to aggregate, anonymize, and display review data across the Platform.

All software code, valuation algorithms, readiness assessment logic, UI designs, and database aggregations are the sole intellectual property of VettDeck. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or export database contacts in bulk.
